CUSTOMER DISPLAY CONNECTOR

l This port uses COM 1 of the system and data can be passed through

to COM 1 connector when proper command is received.

l The VFD terminator must be installed when there is no customer

display connected to this connector, otherwise the COM1 port and the

CR controller will not function properly.

l DC supply to this device is UPS supported.

CASH DRAWER CONTROLLER

l The cash drawer solenoid input is a 200 msec. grounding signal.

l The power to cash drawer solenoid is DC 12 V nominal.

l The command to open cash drawers is decoded through COM 1.

l The drawer open indication can be detected by software through

status check on RI signal of COM 1.
